Established in 2003, Patsons has evolved into a dynamic company with a diverse portfolio. From pioneering on-site PUF projects to Manufacturing Rigid Polyurethane Foam and its system, we've continually expanded our offerings. Our partnership with Shell LPG India since 2008 has solidified our presence in LPG distribution. In 2014, we ventured into manufacturing Aerosols, later transitioning to Cosmetics and Disinfectants, achieving FDA approval and Exporting to multiple countries by 2019. Today, Patsons operates from three well-equipped facilities in Nashik in Field of Polyurethanes, Cosmetics, Disinfectants, Projects and Trading, adhering to strict environmental standards and working with non ozone depleting materials across the product lines
Since 2005 We are in to manufacturing of Rigid Polyurethane Foam (PUF) We manufacture Polyol, MDI, Pipe Section, Sheets & Supports. Since 2019 we are into manufacturing of Flexible PU Foam for Furniture, Cushions, Automobile Seats and packaging industry at our sinnar works
In year 2014 we forward integrated LPG line by starting manufacturing of Aerosols. We manufactured Air fresheners, Perfumes, Lighter Refills, Snow Sprays and carried labour job in the same field. In year 2016 we have reengineered our Aerosol Unite as per FDA norms and got FDA licence for Perfumes, Aerosols, Alcoholic Fragrances, Creams & Lotions and Disinfectants. Today we are equipped to manufacture Perfumes, Body Deodorants, Air Fresheners, Shaving Foam, Liquid Hand Soap, Hair Styling Gel, Shampoo, Face Wash, Face Scrub, Creams & Lotions, Hand Sanitizer, Surgical Handwash, etc.
Setting up manufacturing unit, from scratch requires foresight and getting to effectively lay the inspiration for future. The best opportunities for long-term cost-savings come from optimizing efficiency, productivity, and safety from the very beginning of the operations. New Plant Setup Factory projects typically range several months.
We are in a trading of all related products and services of Cosmetics, Disinfectants, Toiletries Polyurethanes and New Projects related Products. In this business our main aim is to supply and service our existing and new customer requirement in more reliable way.
